By registering with Cengel ID or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.</p> <h2>1. Description of Service and Acceptance</h2> <p>Cengel ID is a centralized account management platform that enables users to verify their identities, manage their profiles, and securely log in to partner third-party applications (SSO). By using this service, you represent that you are at least <strong>16 years of age</strong> and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.</p> <h2>2. Account Security and Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Accurate Information:</strong> You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Email, etc.) during registration.</li> <li><strong>Password Security:</strong> You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your password with anyone.</li> <li><strong>Session Monitoring:</strong> Cengel ID provides you with the ability to monitor active devices via the "Sessions" panel. It is your responsibility to terminate any suspicious sessions (unrecognized location/device) and change your password immediately upon detection.</li> <li><strong>Unauthorized Access:</strong> You must notify us immediately at <code>[email protected]</code> if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.</li> </ul> <h2>3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)</h2> <p>When using the Cengel ID platform, you agree NOT to:</p> <ol> <li>Harm, disrupt, or overburden the service, servers, or networks (e.g., DDoS attacks).</li> <li>Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Platform.</li> <li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.</li> <li>Use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or spam.</li> <li>Use API or automation tools (bots, scripts) without authorization and for malicious purposes.</li> </ol> <h2>4. Third-Party Services</h2> <p>You may use your Cengel ID account to log in to third-party websites or applications (e.g., a forum or e-commerce site). In such cases: * Cengel ID is <strong>not responsible</strong> for the content, security, or privacy practices of the third-party sites you access. * When you link your account to such a site, you are deemed to have accepted that site's own terms and policies.</p> <h2>5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")</h2> <p>Cengel ID services are under continuous development. The service is provided on an <strong>"AS IS"</strong> and <strong>"AS AVAILABLE"</strong> basis. * Cengel Studio does not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to cyber-attacks. * Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or technical failures.</p> <h2>6. Limitation of Liability</h2> <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, <strong>Cengel Studio</strong> shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited, in any event, to the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the last 12 months.</p> <h2>7. Suspension and Termination</h2> <p>Cengel Studio reserves the right to, without prior notice: * Temporarily suspend your account, * Permanently close your account and delete your data,</p> <p>in the event of a violation of these Terms (specifically Section 3) or due to legal obligations.</p> <h2>8. Changes to Terms</h2> <p>We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via your registered email address or through platform notifications. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.</p> <h2>9. Governing Law</h2> <p>Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.</p>
